As a school with Science Specialist status one of our aims is to promote and perpetuate an interest in science. One of the ways we do this is by running a science week Summer School during the summer holidays.
This special week will run from Thursday 25th July to Wednesday July 31st 2019 inclusive (but not Saturday or Sunday) between 9am and 4pm each day. The theme will be ‘Space’ and will concentrate on engaging and exciting pupils with practical science, ICT skills and physical activities all relating to space exploration and astronaut training. Children will go on a trip to the Intech hands on Science Museum and Planetarium, near Winchester. They will also go orienteering in Burnham Beeches. We will also have outside professionals leading activities within school.
Please download the consent letter at the bottom of this page and return to Miss Billingham at school no later than 7 June 2019. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
