As many of you are aware, this summer the PE department are taking a group of rugby and netball players on tour to Australia and New Zealand.

Over the past year students and staff alike have been taking part in various fundraising activities to go towards this incredible opportunity, and on Friday 31^st May, the final fundraising event is taking place, and all members of the school community are invited to attend.  

It is a Black Tie Dinner Friday 31^st May 7.30pm at the iconic Bisham Abbey. This certainly is the most prestigious venue we have ever had to hold this event. We really do hope you will support us in our last venture, the Black Tie is always such a lovely and unique evening where staff students and parents all socialise together.

To book your place for the Black Tie Dinner (£30 per head for students £35 for adults):

1. Please can you email kive@burnhamgrammar.org.uk  with your names and who you would like to sit with on your table and pay on ParentPay, tables are made up of between 8 and 10 people. If there are any problems with this, please email me your requirements and send in a cheque

2. To keep the price down we have a set three course menu (a glass of wine will be provided per table for over 18s) – please ensure you notify us of any dietary requirements

3. Please can you also indicate any dietary requirements including vegetarians

4. The dress code is smart – black tie is not compulsory!

6.  Friends and family are very welcome

7. Deadline for buying tickets is Friday 17 May

This is a very special event with staff, students and parents/friends all mixing on a social occasion.
