On Thursday 2^nd March a group of students went to the Bucks Inter Schools Rowing Championships at Evreham Sports Centre. 

 

Every student took part in an individual race and a team relay race against many other schools.  There were two categories of races: performance and participation.  We entered two students from each age group into each category. 

 

 

Every student performed exceptionally well and we managed to achieve lots of medals from each age group.  The medal winners for first place in the individual races were: Madison Goodliff, Hariyan Ross, Dede Okoro, Emilie Secker and Zuri Mullings. 

 

The Year 10 boys worked very hard and showed excellent teamwork and achieved first place in their team relay.  Overall the day was very enjoyable and we achieved many gold medals. 

 

We can’t wait to go back again next year!
