Looking at how religion could have an impact on equal rights for men and women was the topic of the morning at the Interfaith Conference.
Year 10 Religious Studies students heard from a panel of guest speakers who came from a variety of religious backgrounds about how they felt their religion affects equality for men and women.
Working in groups, the students came up with a range of questions to put to the panel.
Sixth Form students who are studying RS at A Level were also on hand to help the groups create questions and which areas of religion to look at when thinking of questions to pose.
Thank you to our panellists Rev Alan Wilson, Bishop of Buckingham; Lisa Cowen from Taplow Buddhist Centre; Dr Anthony Lewis from the Windsor Humanists; Arshad Gamiet from Stoke Poges mosque;Julie Siddiqui from the Islamic Society of Britain; Harkirat Singh, a Sikh representive.
