On Monday 11th July, Year 9 students had a ‘World of Work’ Careers Day. They had a full day of activities, with a range of different speakers from different industries and sectors.

Sessions in the day included a CV Writing Workshop with Mrs Chidgey, University Vs Apprenticeships Information with BGS Alumni & Employees from Henkel, a Law/Debate Workshop, a Model Making Architecture Workshop, a medicine/pharmaceuticals talk and a specialist science workshop from LONZA.  

The day was a wonderful opportunity for Year 9 students to think about the world of work, and their aspirations for the future.
