Some lucky Year 9 & 10 students travelled to the famous football ground of Chelsea FC last week.
The students were allowed to see ‘behind the scenes’ of the top tier football club. They visited the museum and got to see various players shirts in the locker rooms, physio room and where they hold press conferences for pre and post-match press reports. Milan in Year 10 had this to report about the trip:
“I really enjoyed the Stamford Bridge trip. I found it very interesting to see some of the history of the club in the museum and see the players' shirts. It was also nice to see different areas of the stadium like the changing rooms and conference room where a member of the public wouldn't usually be able to go.”
