STEM Day is a fun science activity day, sponsored by National Grid, & delivered by The Smallpeice Trust.
The day involves students working together in teams to create a device that generates electricity, using a renewable energy source.
They then host a public forum, where they share their project with the community.
All in all, STEM Day encourages students to embrace challenge, collaborate with their peers, and solve problems, as they must work with the community to minimise any disturbances.
