In January 2024, we welcomed back to Burnham Grammar School, BGS Alumni Haniah Alam, who delivered a Year 10 talk and a workshop for students in Year 12 and Year 13 on degree apprenticeships and opportunities at ARUP. 

Haniah spoke about her experiences in her current degree apprenticeship as a Programme and Project Management Apprentice, application processes to apprenticeship programmes and advice for current students about their chosen pathways either Post 16/ or Post 18. 

It was a wonderful workshop for our students to connect with one of our Alumni and learn more about Degree Apprenticeships, before National Apprenticeship Week 2024. Thank you Haniah for talking to our students.
