Sports Awards Evening - Monday 9 July

A night of celebration at the National Sports Centre Bisham Abbey awaits our fantastic sporting students.

Every student, and their families, are invited to join us at our annual Burnham Grammar Sports Awards Evening on Monday July 9th.

With special guest speaker Olympic Gold Medallist Helen Glover, it is set to be a night to show off all that has been achieved by the students in a variety of sporting competitions throughout the year.

Amongst the awards there will be trophies for:

  • Sports Personality of the Year
  • Team of Year
  • Player of the Year
  • Most Improved player

All will be awarded on the night.

From rising netball stars to the next premier league football players, Burnham Grammar is full of talented sports men and women across a range of disciplines, and their hard work and commitment to the sports alongside their studies deserves to be recognised.

“Following on from last year’s highly successful awards evening we are looking forward to hosting our second Burnham Grammar School Sports Awards Evening at the prestigious venue of Bisham Abbey.   We have had a fantastic year of sports and we will make sure that all those involved in that get recognised.  We look forward to seeing you on this very special evening.”

A hog roast dinner will be provided as well as a disco and “Hoofbooth” Tickets are now on sale, for £12.50, on a first come first serve basis, available on Parent Pay.

Due to the popularity of this event last year we have increased the number of tickets available to 300, but the first 200 tickets sold will be seated in the Great Hall and the remaining 100 tickets will be seated in the Warwick Room which is adjacent to the Great Hall where a live video link will be set up. The deadline to buy tickets is Friday 29th June.
