On Wednesday the 20^th of September, our Year 7 students took part in Talk the Talk, a practical oracy workshop lead by skilled practitioners, especially trained in using public speaking as an educational tool.

Going from sharing one small thing with the class at the start of the day, to each student delivering a speech on something they’re passionate about by the end, the students rose to the challenge and pushed themselves and their courage to excel at the tasks set to them.

The Year 7 students had a great day and learnt many new skills to assist with their confidence for the remainder of the academic year.
